A very wet week
Sunday morning and everything is looking sunny and beautiful. In contrast to the extreme rainfall of the past week. I went out this morning in search of a colorful fall image, instead of photographing the damage caused by the heavy rainfall last week. The media covered that quite well. The shot I settled on was a river landscape taken just north of Trempealeau, Wisconsin. Your will notice that the river level is up and the water is a muddy brown.
The colors of the foilage is just starting to turn and I expect the peak fall colors will be appearing in about 2 weeks in this area. I will be adding this image to my website in the near future. If you are interested in this image or other fall landscapes just contact me.
