On May 24,2011 Minnesota Senate and House leaders travelled around the state to promote their complete balanced budget and to encourage Governor Dayton to sign the bills into law. One of these press conferences took place at the Rochester International Airport at about 10:30 am. where statements were presented and questions answered by the Republican leaders.
