Autumn 2019 photos of the Crex Meadows Wildlife Area and Crane migration

A couple weeks ago Pam and I made it back to the Crex Meadows Wildlife Area by Grantsburg, Wisconsin to photograph and observe the wildlife. The Sandhill Crane migration and staging at the refuge was in full swing. We had a wonderful trip and were treated to some cool wildlife to photograph.

Although the Crane staging brought us to the area, we also observed what appeared to be a small flock of migrating rough looking Eagles next to the refuge.

Please enjoy and share the images.
